Who we are:
With over 40 year’s experience in the hotel and catering sector, our founder John Kelly has worked extensively as executive head chef in some of Galway’s top hotels.
Achieving and retaining an AA Rosette was one of his career highlights along with winning 10 gold medals at Hotelympia. John has also served as President of the National Panel of Chefs of Ireland.
In more recent years he has owned and run his own restaurant & bars.
